Where your marketing budget leaks

You already pay to influence shoppers. AI answers can send some of them to your competitors.

Search ads, third-party leads, listings and agency retainers all pay to put your store on the shopper's shortlist. Now the shopper asks an AI assistant first, and the answer can name the store down the road before they ever reach your site. Mirador shows where that happens and what to do about it.

All prices in USD. Plans are offered by application during the pilot and delivered manually by our team. Every plan is labelled with its status. The pilot

How a pilot runs.

About 30 days, by application, run by hand with our team, one rooftop at a time. No long contract before you see anything. Here's what happens, in order.

  1. After acceptance

    Scan

Our team runs your free AI Dealer Scan by hand, reviews it, and walks you through it in 30 minutes.

  2. Week 1

    Baseline

We agree your question set and record, for each answer, whether you're recommended, mentioned, warned about or absent.

  3. Week 2

    Competitor evidence

For every lost question: which store was recommended, what the answer said, and which sources it cited.

  4. Weeks 2-4

    Test

Your team tries one or two practical actions at a time, each with an owner, reviewed with us for 30 minutes a week.

  5. End of pilot

    Retest

We ask the same questions again and show what changed and what didn't. We report the change; we don't claim the action caused it.

FAQ

Questions dealers ask us first.

Isn't this just SEO?

No, though it builds on it. SEO gets your page into the list of results. AI assistants read those results, plus reviews, forums and listings, and often recommend one dealership. You can rank well on Google and still be the store the answer warns people about. We look at the recommendation and the evidence behind it, not the ranking.

Can you guarantee ChatGPT recommends us?

No, and nobody honestly can. AI assistants decide for themselves. What we can do is show you the evidence the answers rely on, suggest practical actions to test, and retest to see whether the answers change. If someone promises a guaranteed recommendation, ask how they'd prove it.

Which AI assistants do you measure?

The pilot starts with OpenAI models accessed through the API, and every result is labelled with where it came from. API answers can differ from what a signed-in ChatGPT user sees, so we don't present them as the same thing. Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Mode are planned, and we'll add each one only once we can measure it reliably.

How often do you re-run the questions?

In the pilot, we run your question set at the start and again after each action you test. Scheduled weekly monitoring is planned. Answers vary from one run to the next, so we don't base a finding on a single answer, and we show you the answers behind every finding.

Can you show that this drives leads or sales?

Not today, and we won't claim it. In the pilot we show whether the AI answers and their cited sources changed after an action. We don't claim the action caused the change, and we don't attribute leads or sales to it. Comparing answer changes with your AI referral traffic, leads and appointments is planned, and even then we'll report it as correlation.

Which dealerships can join the pilot?

The current pilot is open to Ford, Chevrolet, Honda, Hyundai and Kia dealerships. We're starting with a small group so our team can work closely with each rooftop.

Do you touch our website or DMS?

We never need DMS access. For your website, we tell you what to change and why. On Accelerate we draft the changes with you, and nothing goes live without your approval.

What do you need from us?

For the free scan: your dealership name, city and brands, plus any competitors you want compared. For the pilot: someone to own each action you test and 30 minutes a week to review results with us.

We already pay for reputation management. How is this different?

Reputation tools help you collect and answer reviews. We show which of those reviews the AI answers cite, what they conclude from them, and whether that's costing you the recommendation. The two work well together.

What happens after the free scan?

Our team prepares the report by hand and confirms timing when we accept your request, with a 30-minute walkthrough if you want one. If it's useful, we'll talk about a pilot. If it isn't, you keep the report.
